Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your item.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If any part of the product or packaging is missing, the courier cannot pick up the items from you.
- If you received the wrong order or there’s a manufacturing fault, the exchange will be free of charge and completed within 2-4 business days of your request.
- If you want to exchange an item (like a ring) because you chose the wrong size or changed your mind, the exchange is possible, but you will need to pay the shipping fees.
